SHIPPING AND RETURNS
FPMX is not responsible for any customs handling fees, duties, or taxes that result from importing merchandise to your country. Please check with your local customs agency for details regarding possible duties or taxes on your order. FPMX is not responsible for failure to deliver packages due to non-payment of customs fees, handling fees, duties, or taxes.
You may return defective products within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. Any defective products must first be returned to FPMX at the buyer’s expense where they will be inspected and refunded or a new item sent out. Any product being returned must be in a new condition. Refunds will be processed as quickly as possible. This process can take up to 10 working days once we receive the defective product.
NO refunds can be made if:
- The client has received a customized design layout in an email
- Decals have been shipped
- Decals are applied
Please note that we cannot accept returns on any custom printed products for any reason other than production flaws.
